Hello, my name is Amani.

Beauty has always been more than just an interest to me. It was something I genuinely dreamed of building my life around. That dream led me to begin learning the art of beauty and becoming a beautician. The more I learned, the more I realized how much I loved helping women feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.For a long time, I had an idea in my heart to create my own beauty brand.

I wanted to make products that women could actually trust and feel good about using. But I never took that first real step. Somewhere inside, I kept asking myself, “Why should I start a beauty brand? What is the real purpose behind it?” I didn't want to create a brand simply because beauty products were popular. I wanted there to be a reason behind it. I wanted it to mean something.

Then one experience changed everything. One day, a woman in her mid-40s who lived near me experienced severe hair fall. It was frightening for her, and honestly, it was difficult for me to watch. She discovered that the product she had been using on her scalp was not what she believed it was; it was a fake product.Seeing what she went through stayed with me. Because of what I had been learning as a beautician, I decided to help her.

I went back to what I knew and created a hair moisturizer specifically for her, using ingredients and a formulation I believed would help nourish her scalp and support the recovery of her hair.I didn't just want to give her another product.I wanted to give her something she could trust.After using the product consistently, she began seeing a positive difference in her hair. And then came the moment I will never forget.She came back to me and gave me my first good review.To someone else, it might have seemed like a simple compliment.

To me, it felt like a celebration.It was the moment I realized:“This is why I need to do this.” That experience gave me the purpose I had been searching for. I realized that Beauty by Amani could be more than a beauty brand. It could be a brand built around trust, care, quality, and helping women make better choices for their beauty routines. I wanted to create products that women could confidently bring into their everyday lives especially hair care and beauty products made with care, while helping women become more aware of the products they put on their hair and skin.

I didn't want women to feel like they had to become victims of misleading or fake beauty products just because they wanted to take care of themselves.And that's how Beauty by Amani was born. The name is personal because this brand carries a part of me, my journey, my passion for beauty, and the purpose that finally gave me the courage to begin. Beauty by Amani is my promise to create with purpose, care with intention, and always put the woman using our products at the heart of what we do.

Because sometimes, a business doesn't begin with a big plan. Sometimes, it begins with one person who needs help, one product made with care, and one moment that shows you what you're meant to do.
